Numerous emails sent to Revenue C with pictures of my meter readings. No feedback. Their estimated electricity bill is incorrect. I stay alone, hardly at home, there is no way alone I can utilize an electricity of 772kwt. I have addressed with Revenue C, requested that someone comes and do readings. Sent numerous pictures of my meter and readings. Today I get a message that they have installed new meter readings, and I sent the readings from that meter that was installed in January but still no proper feedback. Useless department is a lack of a better word.
