Clearance Certificate Reviews

I am in the process of selling my property and everything else is done the only item outstanding is the Clearance Certificate from City of Johannesburg .Which is supposed to take 5-7 working days .It is over a month since I have paid and the lawyers app**** for the clearance certificate . It is terrible frustrating as you do not really know who to ask .The lawyers do not really seem to care as they have been paid their dues .So as the seller I honestly do not know who to contact,the call centre claim to not know .I was advised to call *** but the phone just rings and eventually cuts off .
