City Power - Very Bad experience!!!

It's very sad how we were excited that city power has taken over, we haven't had electricity for 2 + days and we have logged a request but still nothing, no call no nothing, we have still called the numbers *** and *** which I got from a lady when I logged that we don't have electricity. We've bought countless airtime to call which have gone to waste, request a call back and a *** will buzz you once before you can even answer it's gone. It's really not nice as we can't bath, food in the fridge has gone bad, we can't work.... Very bad...
