Today however warrants such a good thing as it shows really humanity from one special lady I would like to thank a lady that has really gone above and beyond She escalated my tickets and called me more than twice on different days to find out if my power has been restored. Today I receive another call from her and she has now assisted with escalation for the rest of my community that has been without power since last Thursday
