City parks zoo damaged my vehicle and not fixing it

<p>I was driving in Hibbrow when city parks zoo employees were cutting grass on the rad side. a stone flew from the grass cutter and broke my car window. i contacted their supervisor and a case was opened at Hillbrow police station. I contacted the suppervisor 2days after and he assured me that my car will be fixed. it is now a month and i have not heard from anyone. I can not use my car because of the damage, and i am not even sure if anyone will fix my car</p>
