City of johannesburg water complaint

<p>I am having a problem with water leak my bath and the plumber cannot fix it because the meter on the road although closed still let's water come in to my property. Coj wants a call fee of R1500from me to come close the meter. How do we save water if we have to pay the to do their job.they saying the meter is ****** then they come out for free to replace it. What do they want me to do.?!!!! Now they will charge and added R1500 for wasting water as well. Logic here, I don't see it. Yet they was supposed to be assisting us to save water. I spoke to George and Prudence and they cannot assist me. I need a resolution please, I don't have money to throw away. They must only charge me penalty and I will make sure they give my money back because I can't pay for their faults and water wastages.without coming Prudence can tell the fault is inside my house and I must pay call out fees. How do we resolve this?</p>
