City of Johannesburg Water a Total Disgrace

I’m disgusted by the lack of urgency and service delivery by Joburg Water. They have no hearts, who survives without water - it’s been since the 22 of September till now. I have contacted the division and dealt with the most stupid people who add to your trouble than offer a solution to remedy the situation and you have a Senior making public announcement that we have enough water for South African. I classify your service below zero. You must just close your division. You are useless and this is the service we must pay for, for failing to do your job and assisting citizens like me. Close your office and let us suffer knowing there are no dedicated resources to assist.
