City of Johannesburg poor service

Hi experiencing problems with sewerage block in my yard, sewerage is all over my yard and we had our bathroom filled with sewerage last night. I have tried to call city of Johannesburg 3 days already and no one answers the call, we even went to the clinic yesterday and they gave us a reference number telling us to wait 4hours but now it’s over a day. Am afraid this sewerage in my house and yard will end up affecting our health.
