City of Johannesburg Poor service

I have a serious issue with the water meter, it looks like there is a burst because water is running down the streets, there is influx water in front of my yard, I have reported the fault on different occasions and then it get to be closed without resolving the issue, let alone coming to check how serious it is.

I have reported the same fault 4 times and all these times it gets to be closed claiming it has been resolved.

We need help because it is uncomfortable to live in a wet yard.
