City of Johannesburg Owes me R50 000 because of paying for other houses

I am in Rosettenville, a month ago the City of Joburg the truck was written Maziya Electrical c/o city power came to my street and fiddled with the wires, since then, i realized that I am now paying for the whole street, when i went to check the wires i noticed that some wires are cut and only one wire which leads to my house is not cut, i have been paying R500 will only last me three days, i do not have any heavy equipment's in my house that can consume R500 in three days
