City of Johannesburg not providing a service

I have a new property and called Pick it Up, via City of Joburg's call centre to order a new wheelie bin six weeks ago. After holding on for 15 minutes, I was told that they don't have stock bins since January! Another useless SOE. I thought after DA gained control of the municipality, things would get better, but obviously not. We haven't had streetlights either for months and despite constant useless calls, nothing gets done. Yet they still want rates to be paid. Not me. I will not pay for no streetlights, refuse collected when they feel like it, no bins but plenty of potholes! A world class city - NOT!
