City of Johannesburg Municipality.

The City of Johannesburg advertises/advises that one can register on their website to receive accounts electronically. Yet, this is not possible as this part of their website is not functional. This part of the website has now been inactive for quite a long time. The COJ is also not mailing accounts via the Post Office. Surely, the citizens of Johannesburg deserve better service!
