City of Johannesburg Municipality

Yesterday morning contracters of the City of Johannesburg Municipality came out to do our monthly reading. A few minutes after they left, our water started pouring out due to something that they did wrong.

We phoned 9:45 and we reported there messup.

Up to now, we have phoned 6 times everytime they tell us that the job card went out and they will come and fix it before 5 yesterday !! This did not happen.

I phone this morning same story. I asked to speak to the team leader or manager of that pathetic team and guess what he did, he laughed at me when I mentioned that its clean water getting wasted like that!!!!!!

How serious is our country about the water shortage that we are facing??????

I have even reported this to the councillor of our distric and she escalated this matter yesterday after 5 and guess what, we are still waiting and wasting clean water!!!!

To think that they are quick to advertise and lecture people about how to use water sparingly but when it comes to their messup they dont give a ****!!!!!!!!!!
