On Thursday 22 October, We reported a water leak to which we were advised that we'd get assistance within 24 hours.

24 hours later I called the Joburg water call center twice during the day and was assisted by Prudence and Mokete, they confirmed that our complaint was indeed lodged and that we'd get help before the end of the day. I called again on the evening, o was assisted by Abi (though she wasn't very helpful) she had Ayanda call me back. Ayanda was of zero assistance and hung up on me without providing the required information as to when we'd finally get assistance.

Worst service ever. We're heading for 48 hours with a water leak and zero assistance.
