I was giving a wrong account to pay to in Feb, I tried sorting it out the same day which was not possible.. that I understand. But it’s taking me a month for them transfer into the right accoun.I keep getting false information every time I get assisted. They will tell me to come with new documents.it’s like no one knows what they are doing.
