City of Johannesburg Mayor to start addressing the Water Crisis with Skilled Engineers - Fix the Reservoirs Stop talking

Why is the anc Mayor not doing what he is supposed to be doing in a time of a Water CRISIS? More than 40 Water Reservoirs in Johannesburg has Infrastructure that is Leaking water. Then the Municipality and Randwater blame Residents that they are using too much water. It is absolutely a joke what they communicate. They should start doing their work and get SKILLED Engineers to fix the issues. I cannot understand that you look in another direction and ignore the problem. Residents should start a Trust and pay their Municipal fees into the trust and ensure that they get skilled Engineers to fix the proms they encounter. That is the only way and solution. Question remains, what is the Johannesburg Municipality doing with their R80 Billion Budget? Parties, buying cars, VIP protection do not know why they require VIP Protection. What is the Provincial Legislature doing. The MEC for Water and Sanitation? I do not think that Residents are clueless. They know that Johannesburg Municipality is not having the correct skilled workers on board, Maybe the City of Joburg Municipality is of the opinion that people are not up to date with all the *******ion etc. Tel: *** . ***.
