City of Johannesburg is failing the people

They have billed me over R60000.00 for water. They say it’s back dated for 350 days. So that means for the last year payments for water was for nothing?? They added that I was under billed when every month for the last year I paid in full. “What was I filling up a dam every month?????” The thing is there is to much miss management and it’s clear they do not want to take blame Or rectify the issues at hand from the meter readers, guys cutting off to the legal team and especially the individuals that In General Inquiry’s. Let us fix this country not destroy it, because that’s the route this department is taking.
