Incorrect disconnection 6 days later 2 hour walk to Braamfontein 5 trays of rotten meat only to still find out that they never logged a call for the re-connection I have never been so disappointed in the way some do their jobs 2 posts on Facebook no respond 2 walks to Braamfontein nothing been done what incompetence does one have they disconnect my house when i have been paying my ass off for electricity only to 5 trays of meat that who is gonna reimburse

the people that do re-connections they come see oh u stand no 948 switch off without confirming address , account number , or even meter number take a photo and their job is done but it was the wrong person who comes up with these ideas probably some fool with a standard 2 education
