City of Johannesburg - consist BAD service

Horrible levels of service. Logged a call as we don't have power at home. Tried contacting COJ call center. Waited for 40 minutes before someone answered. When they eventually answered the call, they simply hung up. This happened numerous times. Worst possible service delivery - very disappointing.
