CITY OF JOHANNESBURG - A BIG PROBLEM
How many times must a person get a reference number under which absolutely nothing happens. It would appear that CoJ has learned a new word- escalate; then escalate it into nothing. Truly, they are either not interested or just don't care other than to reap your money because they believe they are entitled. This needs to end fast. For over a year now and over 8 properties have been registered unto new title holders and yet the CoJ still keeps us billing us on these properties - the joke being that they are billing the new clients to. Can the CoJ not apply there mind to these matters and actually do something about it... like fix the problem and stop handing out escalation reference numbers.

06 Sept 2022, 08:57As expected - nothing. If we try the stunts of City of Johannesburg we get threatened to be disconnected, interest and so more. This is an unbalanced approach, something we need to adjust by seeking legislative change to force the City of Johannesburg to be held accountable if they do nothing about your enquiry in 5 days.
