City of Johannesburg

Started of at 7h30am at the city of johannesburg and I have been waiting the whole morning in a que. The fact that the ques are generally long and service slow at the municipality but to add to the delays, the employees went to a union meeting for over five hours and with no notice given, all union members just got up and left.......The explaining was left to the security guards to advise the people. There are old/ disabled and people who took a day off from their normal job (some loosing a days wage), all just waiting at their mercy of the staff as we all have some type of query to try and sort out. Eventually I left without being helped as it was lunch time and the few staff memebers that were left, went on lunch. Typical incompetence one experience from service providers
