City Of Joburg refuse to allocate my funds to my Account

I made a payment to my account on 29.09.2024 of R2800 and again on the 29.10.2024 payment of R2600.00, the City of Johannesburg says that they did not receive my payment, i sent in the proof of payment and still they say that the money does not reflect on their account , i have also requested the Joburg Ombudsman to help me with no success, where do i go now from here
