City of JOBURG - Overcharged water - Cant resolve

I have been billed way too much for my water. I spoke to Priya at the call centre on 8th October. She was very thorough on the phone and I was confident the overbilling would be rectified. My next bill reflected the same overcharge amount. I logged another complaint on their email address on the 13th of November and I am, yet to have a response. Today, 1 December 2025 I attempted to call the call centre again, and was kept on hold for ages. I hung up Reference: #***
