CITY OF JOBURG NOT HONOURING THEIR PROMISE YET THREATENING TO CUT ME OFF

During the lockdown regulations, I app**** to City of JHB for payment relief. I began my communication in August 2020. The time between replies has been up to 6 weeks. My application was approved in September 2020 having sent all the requested documents for payment relief on my rates and taxes monthly payments. However, I am getting accounts NOT providing the 24-month pre-approved payments with interest added to the whole outstanding amount.

I have today been sent a final demand threatening to cut me off from City of Joburg – IHAVE DONE EVERYTHING THEY ASKED OF ME plus paid more than the amount under relief. NO REPLY to countless emails pleading for assistance - My statements reflect that they have not loaded the relief period and add interest to the whole amount neither of the sites have responded in 3 months *** *** *** - can you help?
