City Of Joburg Non Existent Customer Service

You can never get a hold of anyone in customer care. It is frustrating when you have to keep holding for over 45minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need someone to explain why the hell my bill keeps increasing with over R600. This does not make sense truly. SOmeone needs to show me how this is possible
