City Of Joburg - Enough is Enough

this is without prejudice. I have been brought up never to hate. but dealing with City power has made me hate more than I possibly can. I strongly feel that the mentally handy capped people that one of our leaders had happily managed to let them starve to death . maybe these special retarded awesome people could run your ****en accounting system properly. I strongly believe that they are panicking that they cant invoice enough to make up their over payed employment statues totally ****en useless ****S My Name is Mac *** Call me anytime
