City of Joburg- Best Customer Service from Kenneth Morris

I must mention that, when my husband and I went to log a query at City of Johannesburg in Booysens we were very frustrated & had little hope that we would receive proper assistance however Kenneth Morris reassured us that he would do his best to assist us. Dealing with Kenneth has been nothing but a pleasure, I didn't think this issue would be handled with such ease but after he took over this query i had hope because he kept his promise and handled our issue very professionally & with urgency.

Kenneth is truly an asset to COJ and hope that your colleagues learn from you! This is by far the best customer service I've experienced in years.
