CITY OF JHB WATER AFFAIRS A JOKE

We have been getting very high water bills at our property in Morningside Manor. we called a plumber who said there are no leaks<br> We then call the council to come check if the meter is faulty.<br> Lo and Behold we are told that they cannot accept a request telephonically!! WE HAVE TO COME INTO THE OFFICES TO LOG THE REQUEST!!!<br> ARE THEY #%$^%$^% SERIOUS!!! Like we have nothing better to do than stand in a damn line when in the 21st century a telephone is available and people can communicate without driving to their offices to request the exact same service we could telephinically<br> <br> what a JOKE AND OR INCOMPETANCE!!!
