City of jhb electrical faults

I have logged 2 calls for dangerous situation at my house where electrical wire is touching the watee pipe. And nobody jas been to check. The 1 call on the 23 march was closed as complete. The 2 call on 24 march was mark ed as tech on site and nobody is here. I deperatly need assistance.
