City of JHB a 3rd class bunch!

<p>I sold my house in April and went through the process of trying to terminate my water and power account</p> <p>After numerous e-mails and phone calls I was confident this was sorted out.</p> <p>Today The City of Joburg came and disconnected the water at the house where the new owners are.</p> <p>This is despite my account being well in credit and me being in possession of a reference number from the City!!</p>
