Cit of Joburg Water - Absolute Incompetence

Disgusted with the utter incompetence of people who just couldn't care less about a basic necessity like water. We were cut off 4 days ago for no reason and nobody wants to reconnect us. I phoned them and they said we were wrongfully disconnected but they cant help us. So we are now just living without water indefinitely. Yet we will still be slapped with a massive water bill end of the month! ONLY IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!
