CHARGES FOR A METER THAT IS NOT AT THE PROPERTY

Kindly note the following meter :CPRK4013 (current meter on site) - IS AT THE PROPERTY OF 411 HIGHLAND ROAD KENSINGTON. This account is paid up.

The City of Johannesburg has now sent us an account for a New Meter - NOTE THIS METER (CPK11625) IS NOT AT THE PROPERTY –

NBB: METER NO: CPK11625 How can we be charged R14 417.94 for a meter that is not outside this property I would appreciate an explanation for this. This is obviously someone else's meter.

We called *** and were told we need to go in to flag the account. How could we possibly flag an account of a meter that we do not have.

Come on CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, I suggest you send a representative to check the meter - DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING WHEN YOU GO THERE.
