Changing an electricity meter to a prepaid meter

All i want to do is change my electricity meter to a prepaid meter but i have been sent from pillar to post by everyone that i interact with from there. I went to the COJ office in Florida only to be given a form to fill and send with my ID, which i have done however i have not gotten a response. I called the call centre and was advises to call *** only to be told to go to the COJ in Braamfontein, which does not make sense because i live in Roodepoort. I went there and only to be told to go to Roodepoort

These people are just honestly playing around with me now! How difficult is it to get a meter changed to a prepaid meter? How difficult is it to get someone to genuinely assist me?? Nooo hey, you guys aren’t treating customers properly! Can somebody please assist me!
