Can’t log in my account!

@CityofJoburgZA I have been having a request for over 2months now regarding my statement. I can’t log in to see my statement and when I register it says I have an account already, but I don’t know my username or password? How do you expect me to pay my account? I need this sorted ASAP. I was at the Midrand branch, spoke to Keneiloe she said she will get a lady to call me to reset my password and user name but still NO ONE Contacted me ***
