BROKEN VALVE

Yesterday afternoon at 17:05 I sent an email to the Johannesburg Water customer service email address. I am not able to open the water valve on the pavement at home. I need to replace dripping taps. Within 2 hours they had contacted me and requested my address. At 20:37 they confirmed that they will be at my house at 09:00 this morning to assist me.<br> <br> This is excellent service and is highly appreciated.
