Blocked drain - stafford street, Westdene JHB

Main sewage drain in our street has been blocked for 4 days. I am trying all possible contact details I can find to report this. No one replies, calls are not being answered. The sewage is flowing over in to the street. Neighboring houses are affected as sewage is overflowing in their drains and in to the premises. Horrible service!!
