Blacklisting us for a paid account?

Last month we paid our rates and taxes after a couple months(about R4500) as we were only allocated an account number recently since moving into our complex. Today i recieve an sms from the City of Joburg advising that our account has been handed over to lawyers. This is ridiculous considering the fact that we paid the total account up last month. Please sort out your admin staff or whoever is responisble for handling the accounts.
