Bins not delivered as promised by COJ

Both our bins got ****** outside a few months ago. We sent the affidavit through and were promised delivery of new bins within 7-10 working days. After following up on several occasions, Brenda from COJ advised that they do not have stock of the bins and there is a back log. The manager for our area also never answers his phone (Simphiwe ********** 627)

How can there be such a back log for bins?! How many bins are possibly being ****** on a weekly basis. How many more months will we have to wait??
