Billing Nonsense

About three months ago they stopped reading my electricity meter. Also they upped the estimated power consumption to 31kWh per day when it is only 20 even during winter. The combined effect was a complete over ESTIMATE of my power costs. Upon querying this I get a new statement/invoice reconciliation to correct it but it is nonsensical albeit they send a notice "query resolved". Sheer incompetence.
