Billing mess and clueless around estimates

<p>COJ have advised they are changing their water billing system and will be doing estimates for 2-3 months. That's fine - however someone should show them how to calculate estimates!!! All my actual readings show less than 18KL/day, yet their estimate is 33KL/day, which now invokes water restriction tarrifs, so suddenly my monthly water bill doubles.</p> <p> </p> <p>Doesn't appear as if they have any idea of what they're doing.</p>
