On the 11th of July I received my statement and the charges were R 426.52. On the 24th of July I received another statement and the charges increased to R 26 616.91.

Another thing that i have noticed is that my monthly charge has increased to R 1 283,29. This property is in Bram Fischerville surrounded by RDP Houses, everything is prepaid, what are this charges for

I haven't received any explanation from the City and this has a negative impact on my account and profile.
