Billing error COJ ***

Issues with over billing that they are too ARROGANT to admit fault and fix. Bill in Error R 49045.15 got a credit back of R 27 868.22 leaving short credit of R 21 176.93.

Told it is correct by COJ staff. Ombudsman said they investigated but then admitted they just accepted what the COJ staff told them.

Still awaiting promised meeting with MMC Finance - 12 months and still no meeting.

Melville Coucillor - Bridget Steer now does not return my email so whats teh point of DA control ?????????????????????????????

Last issue took over 7.5 years to correct now been going since Jan 2016.
