Billing

Good day I am not happy with the amount that am owing every month i receive statement and make sure that I pay everything that is on statement, so how come am I owing , I was told that corrections were done but why should I suffer the consequences of someone's mistake, if ever there were mistakes done I should I be the one paying , I don't have that money I work with budget and now I cant be taking money for my kids and pay for someone's mistake.
