BEING CHARGE FOR SOMEONE ELSES PROPERTY

Account number -*** - I am being billed for a property that I sold in 2007 - I keep sending emails to rectify the problem - to transfer the account to the new owner - I got the transfer from the deeds office(which I had to pay for) - I emailed that to them but I haven't heard anything back - I get lawyers calling me regarding the account - when I explain the situation - they don't call back - I even sent the documents to them - I told the lawyers and the City of Joburg that I am willing to go to court to rectify the matter - no one can resolve ther matter and I REFUSE TO PAY THIS ACCOUNT - someone needs to contact me to resolve the matter - its going on for years now -
