Bad service the cant resolve burst pipe issue

Hi I have bad experience with City Johannesburg I logged a call regarding burst pipe and a log was created three months back and i was told the log was closed but no one assisted log number *** , they advised to create another log they came and checked but the job was not done and the issue still persist log number *** when i do a follow up regarding the pipe issue they don't answer their phone which is ***.

And we were advised we are having water shortage but they cant resolve burst pipe issue for three months.
