Bad service ever

Hilarious bad service. I called yesterday complaining about the sewage leakage at home around 16:20 and they told me that the plumber will come within 24bhours upto date we haven't recived any form of communication from them besides an sms that was received after logging a query with them. It's heartbreaking to see such a bad service while some ofvusvarebmakingvsurebthatvwevupbtobdate regarding the municipal rates and payments. I feel that we not been treated the same . We can even go outside because tmits messy all over the place
