Bad service COJ

Service is very bad ,ive been there to ioen a new account after purchasing a home , it took me 4hours without beeing attended kept in the underground car parking on security only taking people who came after till all were finished, i went to ask for a manager was told no mamager in the building on the other side security taking R20.00 to get people inside to specific staff . Getting inside again the staff were just relaxed not addressing people correctly very bad service ever received. When you query billing is worse tou just get to be sent back to forth until closed. My address was written wrong had to return several times and gor villed wrong amounts yhoo veey bad
