Bad service Coj

I am very annoyed with the service of coj .my ref number is cp*** I am waiting now 2 days after the ticket logged for service I have no electricity and no one is getting back to me I spoke ro 3 people and they advised they on the way since yesterday's 15.33 and nothing happened coj will pay for all my things in the freezer that's is off
