I have a query regarding my statement for June

Every Month my usage is +- the same and no triple the usage for the same days

I did the reading yesterday 10 June and the end reading is less than what is on my statement.

Please rectify, The water meter reading was closed under **** and Mud how did they get the reading without cleaning to see the Actual numbers

I don’t have that kind of money to pay for something that is not accurate

Today 11/7 I got my July statement and still not fixed Phone the Call centre very rude lady spoke to me and advise me it take 30 days but 10 June to 10 July already pass the date I told her if its not fixed i will take it further she said to me Please do. No one ever responded to my emails as weel that i send on 11 June
