BAD SERVICE

The City of JHB call centre is pathetic when it comes to service.<br> Today i have been calling again and again and again and these call centre agents leave their phone on and dont respond when the calls are rooted to them.<br> SELINA AND BATHANDWA...PLEASE GET URGENT CALL CENTRE TRAINING!!<br> YOU ARE BLOCKING EVERY CALL THAT COMING THROUGH TO THE CALL CENTRE BY LEAVING YOUR PHONE ON!!!
